Sometimes hot coffee just doesn’t cut it during the sweaty summer months. That doesn’t mean we don’t still need our beloved coffee drinks though, does it? Nope. So, if your hot, your tired, your looking for that refreshing pick me up, give this new Raspberry Summer Coffee Cooler a taste. Whipped it up myself!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh chilled coffee
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Crushed ice
1 cup whipped cream
Directions
In your blender combine raspberries, ice cream, coffee, and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. You can even add a splash of Kaluah in there – I won’t tell. Pour your delicious concoction over ice and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. You can even add a splash of Kahlua in there – I won’t tell. Be sure to drink with a colorful bendy straw, and enjoy!
