Iced coffee, while a simple idea, requires tricks of its own in the brewing process so you don’t end up with a watery, tasteless (or too sweet), undrinkable beverage. So, don’t give up on home brewed iced coffee yet! Instead, try this brew method. Guaranteed perfect iced coffee.

Ingredients: (1 Serving)

1 cup chilled coffee (Hint: Sweeten your coffee to taste before chilling. Hot coffee dissolves sweetener easier.)

1 cup ice cubes (Hint: Try freezing coffee into ice cubes so when the cubes melt, you aren’t left with watered down coffee.)

5 oz sweetened and condensed milk

Optional whipped cream topping

Directions:

1. Add sweetened condensed cream to cup.

2. Pour refrigerated coffee into cup. This will better mix the cream and coffee than traditional stirring.

3. Add whipped cream on top (or not), and enjoy!
