We all see them – every week there’s a new article or study that boasts knowing the answer to whether or not coffee is good for you. One week coffee is great for you, the next coffee is pure brewed evil – both of which result in disagreements on the necessity of coffee drinking (or at least in my circle). This isn’t going to stop, unfortunately. Coffee can be compared in this sense to chocolate, wine, sun exposure and a number of other things that undergo constant back and forth “good or bad” conclusions.
Keri Glassman created a video on YouTube that addresses this, and she concludes in the end that coffee is good in moderation. Like many things in life – moderation is key. Coffee has a lot of speculated health benefits, but if over-consumed (like anything else) it can probably negate those health benefits. Take a look.
