The Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino – the perfect dose of refreshment and caffeine on a hot spring or summer day. Whether you’re sipping one to keep cool while running from your son’s baseball practice to your daughter’s soccer tournament, or simply kicking back and putting your feet up, the frappuccino is the perfect companion. Unfortunately, you don’t always have time to run by your favorite local Starbucks, but fortunately there’s a solution – make it at home! And we bet you have all the ingredients you need right in your kitchen.

Ingredients Needed:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 and 1 half cups crushed ice
  • 2 tbs chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbs sugar (or Splenda)
  • 2 shots of espresso (add more if you like!)
  • Whipped cream and chocolate syrup for the topping

Now that you have all your ingredients, all you need to do is blend together, minus the whipped cream and extra chocolate syrup) for 45 minutes in your home blender. Pour in your favorite to-go cup or glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup – and voila! Homemade goodness.
