Coffee Decreases Your Chance of Oral Cancer

Researchers for the American Cancer Society in Atlanta, Georgia, have released their latest findings that coffee can reduce your risk of oral cancer by HALF. Yes, HALF.

They found that drinking 4 cups of coffee a day lessens your risk of mouth cancer, often holding true wether or not the person smoked or drank alcohol regularly. Amazing! What’s interesting is that their findings also suggest that it’s not the caffeine in our coveted cups of coffee that prevents cancer, instead they are suggesting that it’s due to the hundreds of naturally occurring antioxidants found in coffee.

Recently, coffee has also been linked to a reduced risk of Alzheimers disease, and an overall lessening of one’s risk to cancer of 39%. Pretty impressive, coffee. Pretty impressive indeed.
