What a novel way to stay cool this summer and also get that oh-so-necessary caffeine dose – Banana Coffee Smoothie! Admittedly, not the healthiest blended coffee drink out there, but it’s okay to treat yourself once in a while!
Ingredients
2 tbs coffee
1 tbs sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 diced bananas
Ice
Whipped Cream
1 tbs Cocoa Powder
Directions
1. Add coffee, sugar, milk, ice cream, cocoa powder, and bananas into blender
2. Fill blender half way with ice
3. Pulse several times and then blend until smooth
4. Pour in glass and top with whipped cream and sprinkles of cocoa powder
5. Enjoy!
